A date: 1930. A name: Otello Marcato. A project: the first manual pasta machine. Our Heritage was thus created and is celebrated through a product inspired by that very first design.

Otello is a limited edition that combines history and contemporaneity. The shapes of the past are revisited and offered with elegant finishes and high-quality materials: champagne-coloured aluminium and solid walnut wood.

Otello is equipped with a 7-position regulator to obtain as many sheet thicknesses, and rollers for fettuccine and tagliolini.
