Returns and Refunds Policy

At Marcato SpA, we take pride in the quality of our Italian-made kitchenware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Marcato account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original Marcato box, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
